Old Description:
The Banshee, produced by the Texis Corporation, is a custom experimental prototype of their Night Banshee model. It is an extremely high powered revolver. Similarly to the Night Banshee model it has gyroscopic stabilizers incorporated into the design, however with improved synchronization its recoil is completely eliminated. It is also lighter and more durable than the Night Banshee due to the Texis Corp. incorporating newly acquired Gotrix alloys into its design. Essentially the weapons combat effectiveness was increased ten fold. Like the Night Banshee it not only fires the standard lead but it can send various specialty rounds down range at your enemies. Roach always carries a few explosive mass rounds, energy rods, and adhesive snare bullets with him just in case the occasion arises. But thanks to the large variety of munition types in the Texis Corp. catalog the possibilities are endless. How Roach obtained the Texis Corps.'s state of the art prototype is unclear. It can be assumed when the engineers at Texis Corp. discovered it was gone they hurriedly built a new prototype rather than report their incompetence to their superiors and be "volunteered" for target practice.

When asked about the weapon Roach's usual nonchalant reply is, "This piece of junk? Oh I just found it..."

I designed this revolver for my character 'Roach' in my roommate's role play universe "Brick." He has always been into things like 'Shadowrun' and 'Warhammer 40k' where I've always been more of a jock and just spent all my time wrestling... Anyways he is slowly pulling me into his nerdom lol. He no longer does Shadowrun but he has been writing about this universe he calls "Brick" for about a year now. It goes along with a role play game/system he is developing that is similar to Shadowrun. Best way to describe it is "whiskey-runners...in space!" lol Everything about Brick is dark and depressing except for my character Roach. More about Roach, the unique races, the wars they fight, enigma mass, and the weapons they use will come...
